All goods are made in our own direct filter workshop.
Good records for all orders including sample orders are made, and all records are kept for 5 years at least. Our company has an independent intranet server, which is managed by IT department, to ensure that the records will not be lost due to computer damage. Paper records and electronic records are kept simultaneously.
The whole process of production is controlled as per our own quality standard by our QC team.

On-Time Shipment:
We are preparing 2 reserve production plans A and B for each regular order to ensure that each order is delivered on time. For more complex or large orders, we are preparing 3 or more reserve production plans (plan A, B, C) to ensure that each order is delivered on time. Each order is tracked by a dedicated production merchandiser. The merchandiser organizes a meeting with the production department every morning to ensure the order is produced on time. We can check the progress of each order in our internal ERP system at any time.
In the event that either Product Quality or Ship Date varies from what buyer and seller had agreed, we will offer you a satisfactory outcome, including returning your money back.
