3. About 1-128 lines Pulse Jet Controller/Control Device/Control Board/Timer
Pulse jet controller is a main control device in a jet dust-cleaning system of a pulse bag housing. It outputs driving electromagnetic pulse valve to control compressed air, jet dust on the dust filter bag in a proper sequence and keep the operation resistance of dust cleaning within the setting range, so as to guarantee the gas flow treating capacity and dust collecting efficiency of dust bag housing.
The control board outputs 1 bit driving voltage every time which, this driving voltage has duration, this duration is called pulse jet width. The interval time between two interfacing out-put voltage is called pulse jet interval. The required time for one control board to finish driving all valves is called as pulse jet cycle. Pause time between two cycles is called as cycle interval.
